Anytime Astro-initiated Cancellations: In rare circumstances, Anytime Astro may need to cancel or reschedule a puja service due to unforeseen events, such as astrological considerations, puja materials unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. User-initiated Refunds: Refunds for cancelled puja services will be processed at the discretion of Anytime Astro. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  2. Partial Refunds: If a puja service has already been initiated but not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the expenses incurred for the preparations made up to that point.

  3. Refunds on Discretion: Anytime Astro reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be granted at our sole discretion and in accordance with the circumstances of each individual case.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@anytimeastro.com or through our website's contact form.

  2. Provide your booking details, including the puja service name, booking date, and any relevant information.

  3. Clearly state the reason for your cancellation or refund request.

  4. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

  • Anytime Astro reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Anytime Astro reserves the final right to Refund & Cancellation. It his wholly on discretion on verification team of Anytime Astro.
